3. Subscription Plans and Payment

3.1 Free Trial

LexiBuilder offers a 7-day free trial for new users to explore the Service. After the trial period ends, you must subscribe to continue accessing premium features.

3.2 LexiBuilder Plus Subscription

LexiBuilder Plus is available as:

• Monthly subscription - Billed monthly
• Annual subscription - Billed annually

Pricing is displayed on our website and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

3.3 Billing and Payment

• Payments are processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
• If a payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service

3.4 No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for:

• Partial subscription periods
• Unused subscription time
• Dissatisfaction with the Service
• Subscription cancellations

The free trial period allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.

3.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@lexibuilder.com. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to LexiBuilder Plus features until the end of your current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
• You will not receive a refund for the remaining subscription period

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any vocabulary lists, notes, or other content you create or upload to LexiBuilder ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Store and display your User Content to provide the Service to you
• Use your User Content to improve your personal learning experience (e.g., personalized recommendations, progress tracking)

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and will not use it for any purpose beyond providing and improving the Service for you personally.

4.2 LexiBuilder's Intellectual Property

The Service, including its:

• Software, code, and technology
• Design, layout, and user interface
• Branding, logos, and trademarks
• Educational content and methodology

...is owned by LexiBuilder and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

System Interference:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Overload or disrupt our servers or infrastructure

Misrepresentation:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
