About LexiBuilder

LexiBuilder is a platform that combines the effectiveness of a proven learning technique with the convenience of modern technology. A sophisticated adaptive testing algorithm, designed to continuously identify each learner's unique weakness and dynamically adapt as learner progresses.

📁 Import Files

• From Device: Import files from your device
• From Account: Loads files that are saved to your account

Supported files and formats:

• Text files: .txt, .csv
• Excel files: .xlsx and .xls

Supported word parsers:

• Separated by dashes, commas, semicolons, pipes, colons, or tabs
• First two columns as word pairs (for Excel files)

📚 Study Area

• Manual Mode: Select specific words to practice
• Random Mode: Randomly selects words to practice
• Repetition (1-99): The amount of repetitions required before moving to the next word. You can change this amount as you type but the effect starts from the next word

🧪 Test Area

• Normal Mode: The basic test.
• Blitz Mode: Global time-pressured testing. Test how much you write under a certain time.
• Flash Mode: Words will be displayed for a short amount of time and you have to input the correct spelling.
• Error Mode: Soon to be implemented.
• Switch Mode: Randomly swaps between writing the word or translation.
• Mistake Mode: Global threshold of the amount of mistakes you are allowed to do during your testing session.
• Death Mode: Combines all the test modes in 1.
• Custom Mode: Allows you to customize your test.

🧠 Testing Algorithm

The learning algorithm adapts to each user's unique pace and needs. The app keeps track of your performance, how quickly you respond, and your streaks, so tricky words appear more often while easier words take a backseat. Spaced repetition is also implemented to make sure nothing you've learned is forgotten.

☁️ Account & Cloud

Creating account will ensure that you can sync your data cross-device and all the progress tracking is not lost. Make sure you use a real email because you will be asked to confirm your email to access your account.
